Azerbaijan Mourns 38 People Killed in Crash

Dozens are feared dead after a passenger plane carrying 67 people crashed in Kazakhstan, according to the country's emergencies ministry.
Authorities report that 28 people, including two children, survived the Christmas morning crash.
The Azerbaijan Airlines flight was travelling from Baku, Azerbaijan, to Grozny, Russia, but was diverted due to fog.
The plane went down near the city of Aktau in western Kazakhstan.
A video purportedly capturing the crash shows the aircraft plunging to the ground at high speed, followed by a fiery explosion.
Images from the scene reveal the wrecked tail section of the Embraer 190 plane, with emergency crews actively working in the area.
Over 50 rescuers responded to the crash site, where the fire has been extinguished, according to Kazakhstani officials.
The cause of the crash, involving 62 passengers and five crew members, remains under investigation.
