U.S. Markets, trading on the US stocks was initially wild at the beginning of yesterday's trading as investors' sentiments were desperately searching for safety due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, however, the session ended in a gain after President Biden announced expanded sanctions on Russia following Vladimir Putin's launch of his long-anticipated military operation in Ukraine.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average erased a deficit of more than 800 points to close with gains of over 90 points or 0.1% while the S&P 500 gained 1.5%.

Commodities, the price of oil jumped on concern about possible disruption of Russian supplies. U.S. crude neared $99 per barrel, before easing and closing at $92.81 per barrel. Brent, the global benchmark, crossed $100 per barrel and settled at $99.08 per barrel.

Vaccine makers, Moderna shares got support after CEO Stephane Bancel predicted there is an 80% chance we are moving into an endemic, meaning COVID will be around forever. European Market, the European market sustained profitability across the board by the hour as investors processes development around Russia and Ukraine crisis. London's FTSE increased by 0.94% to 7,281.71, Germany's DAX climbed by 0.1% to 14,039.7 and France's CAC also jumped by 0.53% to 6,555.88.

Asia Market, Asian stocks The investor's sentiments are mixed on the Asian bourse as Putin seeks a regime change in Ukraine. Tokyo's Nikkei 225 index climbed by 1.95% to 26,476.5, the Hang Seng in Hong Kong retreated by 0.59% to 22,767.18 while China's Shanghai also climb by 0.63% to 3,451.41.

Cryptocurrencies, at an intraday range of $38,027.61 by the hour and a maximum of $39,019.83 in 24 hours.
