James Aspin, 34, from Blyth, Northumberland, has been jailed for 20 months after posting a racially inflammatory TikTok video.
He threatened to burn down mosques in Newcastle following the deaths of three girls in Southport.
Aspin admitted intending to stir up racial hatred and claimed, "No one can say anything these days," when arrested.
Judge Carolyn Scott highlighted the dangerous nature of his remarks, which could incite violence. The court considered his ADHD diagnosis but emphasized the need for deterrence.
